Set collars to DIN 703, made from heavy-duty burnished steel: These high-quality set collars are manufactured in accordance with DIN 703 standards and offer a robust solution for precise positioning of components on shafts. Equipped with a threaded pin with hexagon socket made of steel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4027 (formerly DIN 914), but with a strength of 12.9 for increased reliability. From an outer diameter of 70 mm, they are supplied with two grub screws offset by 135°. The bore tolerance is H8 and the outside diameter is heavily chamfered on one side. With a temperature range of -40°C to +175°C, these set collars are suitable for use in a wide range of environments and applications.
