Setting rings to DIN 2250 C are used specifically for adjusting measuring equipment and calibrating internal measuring instruments such as three-point micrometers or internal precision measuring instruments. Here is some important information about these setting rings:

  • Material: The setting rings are made of hardened gauge steel to ensure high strength and durability. They are ground and finely lapped to provide a smooth and precise finish.

  • Sizes: The setting rings are available in different sizes, with a diameter of up to 200 mm in accordance with Form C of DIN 2250, allowing them to be adapted to different measuring ranges and applications.

  • Accuracy: The accuracy of the setting rings complies with the requirements of DIN 286. For diameters up to 200 mm, the accuracy is JS 3, while for larger diameters the accuracy is JS 4 in accordance with DIN standards.

  • Application: These setting rings are used in precision measurements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal measuring instruments. They serve as a reference for the adjustment and calibration of measuring instruments in various industrial applications, especially in manufacturing and quality control.

The high-precision and robust DIN 2250 C setting rings are an essential tool for measuring and calibration tasks in demanding industrial environments where accuracy and reliability are crucial.
